Personal Touch One
In the event of a covered property loss, we will have an adjuster assigned to meet with you personally, unless we are able to process your claim efficiently over the phone. We also have a network of highly skilled professionals available through our Guaranteed Repair Program for immediate emergency and restoration services.
Personal Touch Two
Should you require alternative housing and incur additional living expenses while your home or condo is being repaired, we will work with you to find you similar accommodations, to help reduce the stress and worry associated with your loss.
Fast Track Claims Settlement
Our goal is to provide you with a hassle-free claims experience by simplifying the settlement process. For simple property losses, we are committed to “once and done” claims settlements handled over the phone. Your Insurance Broker can provide you with details.
Your Choice
Unlike many insurance companies, you are not required to repair or replace items in the event of a covered loss to your belongings. Under the LIVEasy program, you can decide to receive the cash equivalent of repairing or replacing your personal property (whichever applies) without any deduction for depreciation. The choice is yours.
Policy Deductible Waived
In the event of a claim under both your auto and homeowners or condominium unit owners policies, we waive the lower of the two deductibles. The property policy deductible is also waived where a property loss exceeds fifty thousand dollars ($50,000).
