After the May 2022 long weekend storm hit, Unica was able to respond within minutes of the first claim being reported. Our Management Team met shortly after the storm hit on the Saturday, and our Field Adjusters were contacted immediately. They, along with internal claims staff, volunteered to respond to claims throughout the long weekend. As a result, every claim reported that weekend was visited in person before the weekend was over.
