It's Official: Unica Insurance is becoming Beneva

Following the completion of the merger between Beneva Mutual and Gore Mutual in January 2026, Unica Insurance is combining its operations with Gore Mutual. Together, they will become a single insurer operating as a Beneva subsidiary.

No action is required on your part. We will continue to support you throughout the transition and keep you informed of any important updates along the way.
