Developed to fit the needs of Unica’s Manufacturers Connection™ segment, our Enhanced Manufacturers Errors and Omissions (E&O) insurance coverage provides comprehensive Loss of Use coverage on a claims-made basis.

Unica's Enhanced Manufacturer’s E&O insurance coverage is available for our insured’s that are covered with a Manufacturer’s Connection and it provides coverage for loss of use of tangible property that is not physically damaged due to:

Failure of the product to meet the level of performance, quality, fitness, or durability warranted or represented by the Insured (due to defect, deficiency, inadequacy or dangerous condition).

Any negligent act, error or omission in the design, manufacturing, labelling, packaging, instructions of the Insured’s manufactured product.

Key Features and Benefits

This standalone wording is written on a Claims-Made basis that provides coverage for loss-of-use of tangible property that is not physically damaged.

Applicable to manufacturers who manufacture products to customer specifications
Applicable to manufacturers who manufacture their own products based on their own specifications
Limits of $25,000 to $1,000,000 available
Available to manufacturers with low hazard risk and a minimum of $750,000 in revenue
